Letting management

The work is done for you

  • From wherever you areYou need not be in the property's city to hand it over.

  • A request, not a projectA few lines are enough. We call to fill in the rest.

  • You follow without chasingCall back, visit, going online: we tell you where things stand at each step.

  • One contactYou deal with the platform, not with a chain of subcontractors.

  • You know who is comingWhoever is sent is identified before they travel out.

You entrust a property; we make it credible and keep it current. An agent visits, photographs it, checks the title, and the listing unpublishes itself if you stop confirming it is still valid. So anyone who calls you has seen a property that exists, at the price you are asking.

Entrust a property

Tell us what you own and where. An agent calls you back and visits, and nothing is signed before they have seen the property and your documents.

The mandate

Nothing is published without a signed mandate. It sets out what the platform may do on your behalf, for which property, and until when. It is revocable, and its expiry withdraws the listing without you having to ask.

What is included

At no extra charge, and with no percentage of the rent. The mandate says what we are allowed to do; this is what we do.

The life of a listing

Eight states, and no shortcuts between them. A property cannot go online without having been verified: that is not an internal guideline, it is the only transition the system allows.

  1. 1SubmittedYou have described the property. Nothing is visible yet.
  2. 2VerifiedAn agent has visited, photographed on site and checked the title.
  3. 3OnlineThe listing is visible and receiving enquiries.
  4. 4Needs reconfirmingWe ask whether the property is still free. Without a reply, the listing comes down.
  5. 5ApplicationsApplications are put to you. You choose.
  6. 6ReservedAn applicant is held, the property is no longer offered to others.
  7. 7LetThe lease is signed and the tenant has moved in.
  8. 8ArchivedThe listing has left the catalogue. It can be posted again.

The deadlines that concern you

They are read from the configuration for Senegal and apply to every listing, without exception or favour.

What it costs

Refusing a percentage at signature is not generosity: such a fee would be reclassified as intermediation fees, and therefore capped by the text in force. Charging it would amount to working around a cap, which is precisely what this platform exists not to do. The detail by rent bracket is on the Our rates page.
