Photographs that are not of the property, a rent that swells on the phone, places let weeks ago: looking for a home means fighting the listings. We take the problem the other way round. What you see exists, at the price stated.

An agent visits every property before it goes online, photographs it and checks its title.
The price shown is the full price. No fee appears later on the phone.
An unconfirmed listing takes itself down. Nobody calls about a property let last month.

If you are looking for a home

The property exists.An agent travelled out, photographed it on site and checked its title. The « Verified » mark carries the date of that visit.
The displayed price is the price paid.Charges included, with no fee appearing on the phone. That is why this platform exists, not an extra benefit.
Searching costs nothing, viewing has a known price.Neither browsing nor filing an application is charged. Only the viewing is: the agent's travel fee, by zone, told before. Anyone asking you for anything else in our name is committing an abuse.
Stale listings take themselves down.Without the landlord's reconfirmation, the listing withdraws itself. You do not call about a home let last month.

We draft the lease.For long-term letting, included in the mandate, on the terms you agree with the tenant.
The inventory is included.On the way in as on the way out, short-term as well as long-term. Dated and photographed by our agent: that is what settles a dispute over the deposit.
