What each service costs, with no hidden percentage and no surprise fee.

Tenants pay only their viewing : no commission, no application fee, no inventory charge. Only the travel fee for viewing a property is asked of them, depending on distance.

Letting by the year

Three ways to entrust us with a property, from the lightest to the most complete. Set the slider to your rent and the prices follow.

  • Pay as you go

    You stay in charge. We carry out the deeds you would rather not, one at a time, with nothing running on.

A furnished place let by the stay. We prepare it between two guests: setting up is paid once, the turnaround at every departure.

    Between two guests: full clean, beds made, closing photos. You pass the cost on to the guest.

Viewing a property

An agent accompanies you on site. The fee covers their travel and depends on the property's zone; it is told to you before the viewing, and nothing is due before.
