Describe your property. An agent calls you back, visits, photographs it on site and checks its title. The listing only goes online after that visit: that is what makes it believed.
Two documents settle almost every disagreement between a landlord and a tenant. We take care of both.
Long-term letting
We draft the contract from what you agree with the tenant: rent, charges, term, deposit, conditions for leaving. You read it before anyone signs.
A lease copied from a neighbour's turns an ordinary disagreement into a long affair.
Short and long-term letting
Our agent records the condition room by room on the day the tenant moves in: walls, floors, plumbing, meters, what is provided. Everything is dated and photographed. They come back at the end and compare.
Without it, the deposit comes down to whoever speaks loudest. With it, to dated photographs.
Both come with the management mandate, at no extra charge and no percentage of the rent: it is the box « I also want to hand over the management », at the foot of this form. Listing on its own stays free, but includes neither.
