Most property platforms pile up listings without checking them. This one does the opposite: a listing is published only after an agent has been to the property, and the price shown already includes the deposit, the fees and the move-in costs.
What the platform covers
The problem belongs to no single city or country: it repeats itself from one African capital to the next. So the platform carries, for each country, its own law, currency and land-title system, never copied from a neighbour. A country opens only once its law has been studied: fee cap, deposit, advance rules. We do not guess them.
